We are looking for 1 Ma tre-d'H tel urgently ready to start working on March 02nd 2023 until March 12th 2023 included (11 days).

You project will start on March 02nd at around 15:00pm, and will end on March 12th in the

You will serve the dishes on the The service is not buffet ;

You will be in charge of:

• Serving the meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner for all guests
• Setting up the table before meals and Clearing the tables after meals
• Serving the drinks - alcoholic or non-alcoholic to the respective guests
• Assisting the Chef inside the Chalet with service and helping him organize all the plates
• This is a LIVE IN You will have an accommodation arranged for

Working Rhythm:

You will have a 10 hour shift with lunch ;

Additional/Overtime hours will be paid for on the daily salary

Your meals would be taken care of by the in-house

Getting to the Chalet:

You need to have a car to drive yourself to Meg ve, to drive from your accommodation to the Chalet, and to run the errands in Meg Please make sure your car is properly ;

If you are based away from Meg ve, the clients will take care of your fuel expenses and the toll

Desired profile

For this position, you MUST have :

• Experience in VIP Villas or Chalets as a Butler/Maitre d'Hotel
• Experience as a server in high-end restaurants
• Knowledge of Wines and Spirits, and basic knowledge of cuisine
• Interior/Table decoration and Flower arrangement skills are a
• You speak fluent English, French is a
• You must be very autonomous and able to report and respect your hierarchy in the same ;
