Job Mission
We are strengthening our experimentation capabilities and are looking for an experienced CRO Specialist to join our quest to convert curious visitors into clever Tibber customers.
As our CRO analyst your task will be working with analysis customer insight setting up A/B tests and really contributing to hard data and translating them to value so we can improve our customer journey. You will also be a contributor to set the strategic direction on how we are going to work with CRO experimentation and active digital growth. You must be able to use the available data to identify bottlenecks and be able to be part of creating an outstanding customer experience.
Leading the design implementation and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion rates
Utilizing UX research skills to gain deeper insights into user needs behaviors and motivations
Working with analysis customer insight and setting up A/B tests to contribute valuable hard data for improving the customer journey
Translating data into actionable insights and contributing to the strategic direction of CRO and digital growth balancing between short and longterm impact
Identifying bottlenecks through data analysis and creating testable hypotheses
Conducting A/B tests user testing CRO reviews of pages customer journeys and web analysis
Demonstrating professional expertise in growth marketing digital sales A/Btesting tools and proficiency or the drive to experiment with tools such as Google Analytics Hotjar VWO Optimizely and / or Google Optimize
Collaborating as a team player with a technical understanding basic knowledge of Javascript HTML and CSS
Help teams and individuals formulate hypotheses and set up experiments as well as communicating results in a way that brings clarity and understanding to sometimes complex data findings.
Find users friction points and challenges to help enhance the different customer journeys and funnels. Optimizing all the way from micro to macro conversions and reducing drop offs
Ideal Profile
Testing. Experience in A/B testing user testing and CRO reviews
Marketing. Professional expertise in growth marketing and digital sales
Tools. Proficiency in A/Btesting tools (e.g. VWO Optimizely etc.) data and user analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics Tableau Hotjar etc.) and statistical knowledge
Technology. Technical understanding with basic knowledge of Javascript HTML and CSS
Curiosity. A passion for data and an understanding of the digital landscape
Analytical skills.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make factbased decisions combined with critical thinking and a datadriven mindset
Communication. Excellent communication skills in English and preferably proficiency in a Nordic language
