Our client will be bidding on a federal contract and if awarded will be looking for individuals who have a favorable background investigation and have Top Secret Clearance. The work would be within a secure facility in Reston VA or surrounding area. The selected candidate will:
Schedule all polygraph sessions in support of any Government program which requires the need for a polygraph session to be conducted.
Strive to find an immediately available replacement to be examined when an originally scheduled Subject cancels or fails to show up for their appointment.
Enter accurately (and when necessary make corrections to) all data into pertinent databases both internal and external to the Agency.
Collect and maintain metrics as defined by the Agency utilizing databases and spreadsheets.
Coordinate with other Agency offices and other federal agencies to validate any data related to a Subject.
Make respond to or refer to any telephonic email and inperson inquiries which are administrative in nature and related to polygraph sessions.
Prepare edit format and finalize outgoing correspondence; transmit applicable correspondence electronically via facsimile or make delivery using an authorized distribution/mail room center.
Provide access control to other working areas when assigned to a reception area.
Submit facility visit requests and provide escorting duties only in support of Agency activities for any Subject or visitor who does not hold an active security clearance at the TS/SCI level.
Attending government sponsored or directed meetings and briefings as required.
Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have a minimum of three years work experience with at least two recent years performed successfully in an administrative support role.
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while performing work on the contract so as to allow efficient and effective cooperation with colleagues visitors and officials throughout the Agency other federal agencies as well as the public and private sectors.
Be proficient in operating standard office equipment such as telephones fax machines photocopiers printers scanners and shredders.
