Senior Software Engineer Android

As a senior Android Engineer you will lead our Mobile team in Islamabad Pakistan in a hybrid environment. You will be responsible for developing Android applications with other highly skilled engineers leads and designers using Agile methodologies prototyping and other standard mobile application development techniques. You will be a part of an energetic team that offers ample opportunities to learn and grow as a professional limited only by your internal motivation and drive.

We are using recommended tech stacks and best practices from Google including:

• Kotlin
  

• Jetpack Compose for UI design themes colors drawables etc.
  

• MVVM clean architecture
  

• Gradle build system
  

• MultiModule App Architecture with Jetpack Navigation
  

• Material Design guidelines
  

• Jetpack libraries
  

To excel in the role an ideal candidate will have:

• 4 to 6 years of Android app development experience
  

• Published at least 5 apps on PlayStore (solo/team)
  

• Proficiency in ART OOP Data Structures Algorithms Coroutines Flows
  

• Knowledge of MultiModule Android Architecture RESTful APIs cloud messages push notifications
  

• Command over thirdparty libraries: Dagger Hilt Retrofit Crashlytics Firebase
  

• A habit of writing Unit Instrumentation Integration and E2E tests
  

• Understanding of Android components UI design guidelines and SDLC processes (preferably Agile)
  

• Knowledge of git functionalities (rebase merge) AWS service integration
  

• Grasp of relational NoSQL concepts CI/CD pipelines
  

• Ability to mentor and lead junior developers
