Refine and implement BIBS digital strategy emphasizing the digital customer journey and ensuring an excellent customer experience across platforms.
Manage a digitally savvy team fostering collaboration empowerment and expertise in driving traffic and creating customer value.
Understand global consumer needs to align customer expectations with exceptional experiences.
Ensure the achievement of ambitious company goals with a focus on revenue and bottomline growth.
Key Duties:
Lead the digital initiatives aligning them with company strategies and identify new systems or functionalities to support our direction.
Secure commitment for the platform roadmap rollout that supports the digital strategy required for todays digital customers.
Ensure the digital team continually builds capabilities needed for BIBS future ambitions.
Oversee all internal team developments prioritize them according to business needs and ensure quality and processes are optimized and documented.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to generate innovative digital solutions for products services processes customer experiences marketing channels and business models.
Integrate relevant digital initiatives into the strategic planning process for leadership commitment resource allocation and execution.
Skills and Qualifications:
57 years of experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platforms.
Advanced degree in business technology or engineering.
Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects including wellplanned and executed tech stacks and integrations.
Understanding of core business processes and associated technical solutions.
Experience in customer journey development CRM and customer loyalty for business development through automation/personalized customer journey development.
Innovative and disruptive mindset with a constant drive to build a stronger digital presence and overall digital business.
Analytical and capable of driving business expansion through insights and data.
Experience managing and leading a digital team (CRM CMS Automation).
Stakeholder management with proven influencing and collaboration skills.
Bonus: Experience from a digital tech agency or developer house.
Bonus: Experience running a subscriptionbased digital business setup.
Qualities for the Ideal Candidate:
Technical understanding of Ecommerce ensuring partnership with our tech partner Obsedian remains sharp.
Commercially strong with a proven ability to execute strategies.
Proficient in optimizing Adspend and partnering with Obsedian for effective optimization.
Strong leadership skills with a good understanding of team dynamics and the ability to drive an ambitious team toward expected goals.
