So far weve built a browser extension which finds second hand alternatives as you shop online as normal (check it out its pretty cool). Were on a mission to scale our userfriendly platform to 100000 users making a tangible impact on the environment and consumer habits.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise and execute innovative marketing strategies across various channels.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention hitting ambitious targets while staying within budget.
• Spearhead our marketing and website strategy from the ground up aligning with our brand vision.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing managers fostering a culture of success and growth.

Growth Hacking:

• Pinpoint growth opportunities and use datadriven strategies to scale user acquisition rapidly.
• Test and optimize new channels to find the most effective paths for expansion.

Content Marketing:

• Craft a content strategy that captivates our audience and cements our position as a thought leader.
• Supervise content production that aligns with our brand and resonates across platforms.

Influencer Marketing:

• Build and manage influencer partnerships to extend our reach and enhance brand trust.
• Execute influencer campaigns that are authentic and align with our sustainability ethos.

Requirements

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for sustainability and the circular economy.
• An entrepreneurial mindset ready to take on challenges and drive innovation.
• Proficiency in English with German as an advantageous extra.
• A strong grasp of the digital media landscape especially platforms like TikTok.
• A history of managing substantial marketing budgets and a drive to achieve ROI.
• Adaptability and enjoyment of the startup pace and culture.
• This role is based in Berlin Germany so you will need to be able to work here (were super passionate about in person collaboration).
