What to expect
- Service Excellence: You will process inbound inquiries independently on the phone and by email in order to keep our service at the highest level
- Customer Care: You are the first point of contact for all inbound calls
- Team: You report to the Customer Care Team Lead and work closely with your colleagues from Customer Care and Customer Success

- Your background: You have already gained initial experience in customer support call centers customer service or a similar environment
- Your mentality: You dont let yourself be disturbed and remain confident and friendly even in stressful situations
- Your way of working: You like to work analytically and precisely
- Work Ethic: You want to work in a fastpaced environment show initiative and are highly motivated to learn new skills
- Language skills: written & spoken Italian at native level French is a plus
