The Organic Search Team consists of the disciplines Digital PR SEO and Content. In addition to optimizing the user experience on our platforms the teams core tasks also include the ongoing maintenance of the content areas. In addition to the German market we also look after our various international markets and work closely with our country heads. Our philosophy is not to optimize content for search engines but to place people at the center of our work. In this way we want to help users find the perfect investment!

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee our SEO initiative: Go beyond formulating a strategy; youll guide the team through its execution. Define developer requirements meticulously QA the output manage the backlog contribute to information hierarchy design thinking and keep stakeholders informed throughout.
• Execute and refine our established SEO strategy: While confident in our current approach acknowledge the dynamic nature of the landscape. Enhance the existing foundation rather than dismantling it adapting to evolving performance realities.
• Technical Optimization Mastery: As the authoritative Raisin SEO expert leverage a profound understanding of our technical strengths and limitations to tailor content and optimize site structure strategically.
• Lead Technical QA: Exercise final approval before anything goes live. Craft automation specifications to swiftly detect issues and establish systems to continually monitor SEO health.
• Keyword Research and Analysis: Propel our content expansion mission. Evaluate necessary content and devise strategies to maximize its impact.
• Align with Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to ensure seamless onboarding of assets and effective distribution efforts.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Keep a vigilant eye on SEO performance providing regular reports highlighting key metrics and progress toward SEO goals.
• Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest SEO trends algorithm updates and emerging technologies integrating cuttingedge strategies.
• Own Product KPIs: Shoulder responsibility for growth decline and overall health. Demonstrate fluency in KPI movement addressing changes and consistently focusing on improvement.
• Utilize SEO Tools and Technologies: Harness key SEO tools and technologies such as Google Analytics Search Console Tag Manager AdWords Brightedge Deepcrawl Screaming Frog and Ahrefs to inform and steer strategic and tactical recommendations.

Your Profile

• Extensive expertise particularly in technical SEO with a strong emphasis on contentdriven strategies.
• Experience in managing a large highgrowth domain.
• Commanding expertise in SEO tools and technologies encompassing HTML/CSS JavaScript Schema Structured data GA/GSC/GTM SEMRush/Ahrefs/SimilarWeb ScreamingFrog SQL and Python.
• Extensive proficiency in diverse SEO inputs including AB testing SEO audits keyword research site taxonomy information architecture link building international SEO technical SEO onpage SEO offpage SEO and UX/CRO.
• Proven project management skills with a demonstrated ability to oversee the development pipeline.
• Proactive initiative and innovative problemsolving skills coupled with effective task management.
• You are curious by nature. You stay uptodate regarding latest trends and developments and think about implications.
• Uncompromising attention to detail.
• Fluent English & German language skills.
