Job Overview
The MIS Business Relationship Manager will play a vital organizational role in the CIO leadership team serving as a liaison between customers and the technology team.
- Be responsible for understanding the business needs Design the solutions assisting in the prioritization of projects ensuring that projects align with the technology that provides maximum return on investment and directing MIS strategy in support of the overall business strategy.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and users in order to anticipate the evolving business needs and design the optimal solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes to determine areas for improvement and optimization through technology.
- Propose innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives amplify operational efficiency and enhance the company s competitive edge.
- Partner with the business to develop feasibility studies costbenefit analysis and ROI evaluations for proposed MIS programs and projects.

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science information technology or related field.
- 10 years experience in IT leadership roles
- Experience with the following solutions: Salesforce Dealhub Workato Priority & others.
- Ability to think strategically and to drive change within the organization
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of IT industry best practices trends and emerging technologies
- Proactive problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach
