Remote Support Engineer mfd 80-100

Tasks

• Continuous monitoring of international plants covered with different highly specific tools on the operating data
• Technical consulting for all operating issues of the monitored plants
• Generating reports and looking after the customer in cooperation with inhouse Remote Operation Center
• Provide technical bid support to Sales Manager in regards to integration of monitoring tools into control systems
• Coordination of the monitoring onboarding process once the Remote Monitoring Contract are signed.
• If necessary troubleshooting at customer site. Coordination of detailed root cause analysis with all involved parties like laboratory design departments new plant and third party consulting

Requirements

• Bachelor / Master degree in mechanical engineering with strong IT skills.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in calculation and or design and or erection of Turbomachinery Rotating Equipment and sub systems.
• Knowledge of technologies related to IoT physical connectivity (Switching Routing Firewall) protocols (Modbus OPC etc.) data storage and management.
• Inner drive and selfmotivation
• If possible with IT Security Knowledge
• Very good coordination organization and communication skills in a highly dynamic environment
• Establish good internal / external collaboration with other departments
