We are looking for a Marketing & Analytics Manager to actively support the execution and analysis of our digital marketing campaigns. This entrylevel position is perfectly suited for a recent graduate with a foundational grasp of digital marketing and a passion for analytics including experience with tools such as Looker.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the orchestration of search and affiliate marketing campaigns oversee campaign data tracking and participate in the analysis of performance metrics to finetune campaign efficacy.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyse various marketing metrics to discern the relationships between marketing activities and financial outcomes aiming to enhance profitability.
- Experience with or willing to learn SQL for sophisticated data extraction cleaning and data analysis
- Assist with the setup and execution of digital marketing campaigns across SEM and affiliate channels.
- Help maintain campaign schedules ensuring campaigns are executed on time and refined based on performance data.
- Use Looker and other analytics platforms to track compile and report on campaign metrics.
- Perform keyword research competitive analysis and support SEO efforts to bolster campaign strategies.
- Assist with budget management and reporting to ensure adherence to financial guidelines and to maximise ROI.
- Engage in A/B testing analyze results and suggest improvements to increase campaign success.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of effective marketing materials that meet campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and apply this knowledge to enhance campaign strategies.
- Manage the performance tracking of affiliate marketing partnerships to ensure the success and profitability of campaigns
Your Profile
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Economics Statistics or a related analytical field.
- 13 years of professional experience preferred.
- Experience with Looker Tableau or similar data visualisation and business intelligence tools.
- Prior experience or academic exposure to SQL and data querying (handson experience preferred).
- Ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data with the capacity to multitask.
- Foundational understanding of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A strong desire to learn grow professionally and work collaboratively within a team.
- Problemsolving mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
