Job Description
Our client a multinational company that designs manufactures and sells networking equipment is seeking an ENTRY LEVEL Data Center Technician who meets the below requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cabling and connecting Cisco routers & Switches to metal racks
- Install integrate various product/equipment per Build Specifications and/or Configuration Instructions
- Cable Management
- Shipping & receiving. Procurement of materials for project specific requirements
- Complete physical audit of equipment and accessories
- Perform asset tagging
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or Degree course
- Physical Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent attendance and work ethic required.
- Basic knowledge of Low Voltage cabling Racking and mounting is very highly desirable.
- Experience with operating hand tools.
- Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures.
This is an entry level purely onsite position. No remote work is permitted.
