Background

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on various initiatives for an international payments company. This is clientfacing role (banks) so excellent relationship building skills are essential. The role is described as almost an internal consultant who will liaise with clients in supporting a range of initiatives. The role will typically suit an individual with 34 years experience in a management consultancy who is looking for an inhouse position.

Specialized Project Manager

As a Specialized Project Manager you will have the opportunity to actively work with technology and data to contribute towards the development of marketing strategies and programs and also large strategically important regional and local clients (banks). As part of this team you would be expected to:

Deliver new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently

Perform project management activities in relation to various internal & external projects (e.g. implementations of loyalty solutions) including (but not limited to):

o Develop detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes within budget constraints

o Align with stakeholders monitor the implementation ensure that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time scope and resource requirements

o Help the project team develop solutions to complex problems

Work with various internal and external stakeholders to design and deploy marketing campaigns related to the new products/services launched

Develop daytoday working relationship with relevant client stakeholders from various local and global service lines (e.g. Marketing Product);

Regularly communicate to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables and interact with client to set and manage expectations

Liaise with external thirdparty suppliers internal customers and stakeholders (for example Marketing Agencies)

Bring your Passion and Expertise

We recruit for and value the following core competencies:

Undergraduate or masters degree and at least 34 years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree

Experience in delivery of large complex projects / programs and in crossfunctional environments

Formally trained in a range of project management and change management methodologies and techniques; accredited in one or more recognized PM/PMO/ Change/Service management methodologies is an advantage

Able to plan and manage a multiworkstream program from inception to implementation

Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers and vendors

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian

Experience in an Agile working environment is a plus

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Banking (particularly CRM) Marketing Media / Agency Campaign / Marketing Analytics Product Management and / or Consulting
