PRIMUS AERO is a service provider in various fields in the aviation industry but our focus is on private and business jets. We want to grow not only in size but also in spirit and this only works with the right people.
Tasks
Your main tasks will include:
- Recruiting process (job description prepare and publish job postings review written applications coordinate and conduct interviews prepare contracts)
- Administrative tasks in HR (e.g. support in payroll labor law topics data maintenance)
- Collaboration in various HR projects
- Support of marketing in employer branding tasks
- Assist in onboarding process
- Assist with work permits (RedWhiteRed card and visas)
- Assist with payroll (BMD) communication with external payroll provider
Requirements
You have:
- Completed education
- 23 years of professional experience in HR with focus on recruiting
- Work experience in employer branding is a plus
- Experience with handling HR tools intercultural skills experience with work in an international environment
- Very good knowledge of German and English (both written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge in Austrian labor law
- MS office skills (Teams Outlook Word Excel)
