we are looking for an empathic people operations expert (f/m/x) with a pioneering spirit who wants to help implement and maintain HR processes. As a member of the People and Culture community you would naturally oversee enspi workforce matters.

Tasks

organizing the enspis and their data

as part of our handpicked team of experts you have an integral role in the following topics:

• administrative support maintaining employee records and documentation
• supporting the entire employee life cycle fostering a positive experience at every stage
• payroll administration ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes
• Internal surveys to capture valuable insights and feedback to support our employees wellbeing and
• collaboration across departments to support employee engagement.

Requirements

you want to actively participate in the transition to clean energy and

• love to work with people
• have at least 2 years of experience in people operations
• value excellent team spirit startup culture and creative freedom
• have a general curiosity about employment regulations and labor law
• are open to tailoring your learning journey focusing on what enspires you most
• have excellent English language skills fluent German is a plus
• impress with your IT skills; experience with various HRMS is beneficial
• are detailoriented have great organizational skills and
• are curious with a good sense of humor.
