What we are looking for;

6 years of professional experience in revenue oriented Partnerships Management or Business Development.

Bachelors degree in the fields of Business Administration Management Engineering Industrial Engineering or related disciplines.

Fluent English and Dutch (written & spoken) and good communication skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to communicate confidently & collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent presentation and networking skills.

Solutiondriven individual.

Strategic and creative deal maker with strong negotiation skills.

What Youll Do;

Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy aligned to our growth ambitions.

Identify negotiate and establish strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.

Attract build and enhance relationships with potential partners.

Work closely with cross functional teams such as Marketing Product and Legal to integrate partnerships initiatives seamlessly.

Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of partnerships and evaluate performance of existing partnerships.

Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
