Job Description
Education and training: She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is licensed to practice the profession. Additional training in orthopedics may be beneficial and can enhance proficiency on the job.
Medical knowledge: A deep understanding of the care and treatments related to orthopedic patients, and the ability to provide comprehensive care to them.
Practical skills: The ability to evaluate patients' conditions and implement treatment plans in cooperation with doctors and other medical team.
Interpersonal skills: Good communication skills with patients and their families, ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and comprehensively understand the needs of orthopedic patients.
