About the Job

We are looking for a new member for our Venture Development team at Project A: a group of ambitious business generalists who have two main responsibilities. First they define and execute valuedriving projects with our portfolio companies in areas such as internationalisation commercial operations interim management change management and really anything else that we see as a business priority for one of our ventures. Second they team up with one of our partners to manage our private equity investments to success. This entails the preparation of board meetings and steering committees stakeholder management with the Clevel identification of growth opportunities and challenges and staffing our 130 operational experts to those needs.

In this role youll:

• Have the steepest learning curve and most valuable network in a trustworthy environment to kickstart your career
• Contribute to the operational and handson support in e.g. Operations Project Management etc. in our portfolio companies
• Learn from experienced members of the Project A team
• Buildup and maintenance of a close relationship with our ventures as well as a deep understanding of their current challenges and opportunities
• Be team member sparring to learn and to be able to grow into potential own strategic venture responsibility budget and resource accountability and crossfunctional project lead

Your Profile

• High ambition and drive to achieve excellent results
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fluent in English
• Relevant work experience to thrive in a demanding and diverse environment
• Good understanding of digital business models and operational processes
• First solid examples in project and stakeholder management taking full responsibility for your projects
• Pragmatic structured and a quick learner
• Feeling comfortable in a flexible highly dynamic environment
• Independent worker but also a team player

Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
