We are looking for a Payroll and People Operations Specialist with a positive and detailoriented approach to collaborate closely with our HR department. In this role you will be responsible for managing payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance and handling confidential employee information. Additionally you will support communication and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

As a Payroll and People Operations Specialist you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of our HR and payroll functions. This includes overseeing payroll cycles administering employee benefits and managing HR records. Your responsibilities will eventually extend to developing and implementing operational practices procedures and models to enhance the overall functionality of our HR processes.

The successful candidate will execute all tasks with precision and meeting deadlines. Upholding the highest level of confidentiality is critical and you will be expected to build and nurture positive working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders within the realm of HR and payroll operations.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to! the following:

        • Coordinates the payroll processes across the group.
        • Communicates with payroll providers.
        • Supports hiring and termination processes and prepares necessary documentationsuch as employee contracts termination orders and additional agreements.
        • Ensure timely payment of salaries by coordinating communication between Finance department and payroll provider.
        • Maintains payroll and employment records up to date.
        • Researches and analyses different payroll and employmentrelated matters on an asneeded basis.
        • Calculates and prepares monthly payroll.
        • Reconcile payroll ledgers.
        • Submits payroll and employment reports to local authorities.
        • Processes and submits sick leave maternity leave etc.
        • Reconciles payroll ledgers.
        • Maintains and administers all internal HR and Payroll related systems.
        • Prepares different reports and employment notes.

        Who you are:

        • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
        • At least 12 years of experience in payroll management and employees life cycle support.
        • Good understanding of labor laws tax regulations and compliance.
        • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll processing and HR recordkeeping.
        • Ability to effectively use HRIS and payroll software demonstrating a level of technological competence.
        • Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in handling employee records payroll information and sensitive HR matters.
        • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
        • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
