IONOS is on the hunt for a dynamic Workspace Experience Manager who is about maintaining space and creating an environment where innovation thrives. In this pivotal role you will be the heartbeat of our facility ensuring its vibrancy and functionality. You will bridge IONOS and our internal shared service provider ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Be the connection between our employees and internal shared services units ensuring that every need is met every challenge is overcome and every opportunity is seized.
• Collaborate with our international onsite teams to craft an unparalleled employee experience from workspace design to service inquiries.
• Anticipate facility needs addressing them proactively to ensure our environment remains conducive to brilliance.
• Oversee vendor partnerships in collaboration with our internal shared services ensuring that every service from cleaning to security meets our exacting standards.
• Lead the charge in office transformations whether relocation expansion or a simple revamp ensuring every change is a step forward.
• Work handinhand with the Global Facility Management team harmonizing local and global best practices and driving continuous innovation.
• Steer facility budgets with precision ensuring every penny is wellspent and every decision is datadriven.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors degree in facility management business administration or a related field. However we also value handson experience and passion.
• A track record of excellence in facility management especially within a dynamic corporate setting.
• Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
• Indepth knowledge of facility management regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building bridges and forging strong relationships.
• A proactive approach to challenges always ready with a solution or two.
• Good communication skills in English and German (verbal and written).
