Smart Landscapes seek the services of an experienced Gardener to join our maintenance team caring for properties throughout the Mornington Peninsula.
The Role:
You will work closely with our Lead Gardener and play a key role in caring for our properties. We focus on plant health and turf care with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. We are always striving to improve our gardens and get better outcomes for our clients.

To be the right candidate for this role and this company you will need to have: An eagerness to learn and be trained in the field of horticulture Experience in residential maintenance Preference for a qualification in Horticulture (but not essential) Knowledge of plants, pests and diseases would also be an advantage A good knowledge of plants, pests and diseases A keen eye for detail Take pride in the quality of work you produce Great communication skills for liaising with clients Manual drivers licence (essential)
