Senior Designer (Branding) Inhouse Financial Services

As the Senior Designer (Branding) you will be responsible for supporting the Design Directorwith creating the visual identity and brand design for one of our inhouse financial services divisions. Your expertise and creativity will play a critical role in helping our clients adapt and thrive in a changing world.

Responsibilities:

• Create a visually compelling brand identity for our financial services division
• Design and develop creative assets including logos marketing collateral and digital materials
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual representation
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and incorporate them into our branding efforts
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects ensuring timely delivery and highquality outputs
• Provide guidance and direction to other designers reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective design solutions

Essential Qualifications:

• Circa 5 years of experience in branding and brand design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in identity design

Desired Experience:

• Experience in the financial services industry or related field
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into visual design solutions
• Excellent knowledge of design software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
