Role Overview:
The Director Business Development Manager will be a pivotal figure within the outsourcing division of IMC Group. This role demands a dynamic professional with a proven track record in sales client acquisition and an indepth understanding of outsourcing solutions across diverse industry sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development Strategy:
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the Outsourcing Divisions client base.
Identify new business opportunities and industry trends to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor outsourcing solutions to meet client needs.
Sales Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of business development professionals setting clear objectives and providing guidance.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to maximize team performance.
Market Expansion:
Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.
Identify new market opportunities to capitalize on ensuring the continued growth and relevance of IMC Groups outsourcing services.
Proposal Development:
Oversee the creation of compelling proposals presentations and pitches tailored to specific client requirements.
Revenue and Performance Metrics:
Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of the outsourcing division
Regularly analyse the results and make strategic adjustments as necessary.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and delivery of highquality services
Requirements:
Proven experience (12 to 15 years) in a senior business development or sales role within the outsourcing industry ideally within advisory or consulting services.
Bachelor s degree in business administration Finance or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong network and relationships within target industries and regions demonstrating an ability to generate leads and convert them into tangible business opportunities.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a highperforming sales team.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinking with a resultsoriented mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
