On behalf of one of its clients an International Agrifood Group the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Junior Trade Marketing Executive.
We are looking for a passionate individual to stepchange the hiring Companys Selection brand and marketing strategy within Asia.

Renowned for its prowess in innovation brand image product excellence commercial expansion and industrial infrastructure the company predominantly operates globally serving a clientele spanning 15000 customers across five continents.
The position
The Junior Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for representing the Companys Brands portfolio through organization events and development of projects. He / She will assist the Country Manager in seeding the selection Brands portfolio in the aspects of identifying new opportunities ensuring brand visibility and activation during main events and in targeted influential outlets through building strong relationship with chefs outlet owners advocates/influencers.
Main Missions
1. Pastry Activities Coordination: 15/20 per year
Pastry Planning cocreation with Country Manager: updates and coordination
Draft of STD/ Invitations and liaising with distributor
Branding development for Singapore market: props and marketing materials during events
Event preparation and presentations displays
IG Content creation
2. Seasonal Projects Development (Kingcake Valentine s Day CNY Easter Christmas )
Cocreation of Pastry projects with Chefs & Country Manager
Communication Plan
Packaging / Box conception with agency if needed
Promotion and Brand collaboration for afternoon teas or other brands
3. Loyalty Program
Proposal & organization of events for our customers in close partnership with regional marketing
Communication and liaison with customers for renewals onboarding and gifting package of our members while ensuring the followup with distributor
4. Annual Events coordination
Annual Event : organization of the event in collaboration with regional marketing Chefs & BD HK
Asia 50 Best/F1/Trade shows (FHA) : coorganization and collaboration with regional marketing team
Propose organize and coordinate with agencies or local partners the props and any materials needed for the annual events clients giftings etc.
5. Market Analysis
Feedbacks market to Country Manager : competition pricing trends market needs or any relevant info to be shared for the Yearly Market Review & Business Reviews
Presence to Monthly Meetings with distributors when needed
Inputs for Annual Marketing Plan for SG
6. Reporting
Mapping updates for all product launches to be updated on regular basis
Tracking of KPIS & Reporting of marketing activations
Monthly analysis and evaluation of the development of the New Brands
Monitor competitor activity and provide timely reporting
Be the eye and ear of the market!
7. Communication / IG
IG tour 1 theme per quarter to add content to our IG page
Chef Demo videos: Short videos and photos during Events
Homebaking/Retail actions in collaboration with our Digital Manager APAC
M dias/KOL identification and point of contact
Requirements
Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
Highly mobile and engaged the work requires good degree of customer engagement.
Must be highly detail oriented proactive strong follow through and ability to multitask
Food enthusiast strong passion for the gastronomy and food industry
Cando attitude with a willingness to learn
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance, or other relevant professional certification Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role, preferably within a holding company or multi-entity structure involving consolidation In-depth knowledge of financial consolidation principles and management reporting Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting and financial reporting standards (IFRS and SFRS). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Fluent in English and French in order to liaise with group companies based in Europe Ethical conduct, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality Ability to work independently with a sense of initiative, self-starter, autonomous navigation in a new / unstructured environment
