Compensation:

• Hourly pay: $25.48 $26.44

Responsibilities as a Maintenance Supervisor:

• Utilize expertise in HVAC plumbing carpentry and electrical systems to ensure property maintenance standards are met
  
• Provide guidance to maintenance staff to deliver exceptional resident service
  
• Manage scheduling for service requests to ensure prompt completion
  
• Oversee inspections and rectify any violations promptly
  
• Ensure vacant unit turns meet established standards
  
• Supervise upkeep of common areas grounds and property systems
  
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and address safety issues promptly
  
• Manage emergency oncall scheduling in partnership with the Community Manager
  
• Assist in budgeting for maintenance expenses
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance/facilities experience including 2 years of supervisory experience
  
• Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
  
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs stand for an 8hour shift and participate in an emergency oncall rotation
