Key Responsibilities:
RFP Issuance and Management:
- Efficiently prepare and issue RFPs ensuring they meet the specific needs of residential construction projects.
Contract Lifecycle Oversight:
- Handle contracts from initiation to completion focusing on compliance efficiency and effectiveness.
Vendor Relations:
- Serve as the key liaison for vendors fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Vigilantly monitor contract adherence to legal and industry standards and maintain accurate reporting.
Budget Management:
- Assist in overseeing project budgets ensuring financial targets are met.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Law Construction Management or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration ideally within the residential construction industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Strong skills in negotiation communication and organization.
