Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Leader to join our team at a medical device outsourced packaging company. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize our packaging processes and ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage continuous improvement projects to optimize packaging processes reduce waste and improve overall efficiency.
  1. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  1. Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and standardization.
  1. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  1. Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  1. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in an engineering field
  • 5 years of experience in a continuous improvement or process improvement role preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Certified Lean Practitioner or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
  • Excellent training coaching communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
