Job Description
Steel company in Shreveport is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to provide engineering support for the maintenance and reliability team to address plant issues that are affecting production on short notice. You will provide technical expertise which may be based on equipment or repair techniques that affect facility availability and maintenance. This position requires broadening conceptual and practical knowledge in ones own work discipline and broadens skills.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Preferably 2 years of maintenance/engineering experience in heavy manufacturing facilities.
Native English/Spanish or bilingual
On site
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, or Electrical engineering with at least 2 years of experience in Galvanizing/Painting Coating Processes is required - Native or bilingual English/Spanish
