Job Description
Covering the Cork and Dublin regions the employing company offers unparalleled services in road planing and sweeping.
Operating a modern fleet of Johnston VT651 vehicles which is the worldwide road sweeper of choice the company has become an Irish market leader.
For international applicants requiring sponsorship a work permit will be provided.
These positions are expected to be highly popular; therefore we recommend all interested parties apply as soon as possible.
Pay Rates
- 15.50 per hour for 39 hours
- After 39 hours 18.50 per hour
The Role
Working Days: Monday to Friday with occasional evening and weekend work.
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Drive company roadsweepers in line with Irish driving regulations.
- Sweep roads footways and other areas following scheduled routes.
- Report work progress to the depot manager on completion of tasks.
- Carry out other duties as requested by line manager s.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in driving Cclass vehicles or above.
- Hold a full clean class C driving license. (For international applicants a transfer of their driving license will be required within a year of arrival in Ireland).
- Ability to verbally communicate in English.
- Good time management skills.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Possession of formal qualifications, such as Level 3 HGV Mechanic Certification. Proficiency in all engineering aspects of HGVs, with experience in other vehicle/trailer systems. Dedication to maintaining a strong commitment to Health & Safety standards. A valid UK driving license or international driving license (assistance available for conversion if necessary). Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. International Applicants: Candidates from overseas must also meet the eligibility criteria outlined by the UK Home Office for the Skilled Worker Visa, including demonstrating proficiency in the English language.
