Responsibilities

• Responsible for all leasing functions, which include site visits, negotiations, documentation, handover and Tenant relation
• Preparing presentations, responding to RFPs, proposals, offers &
• Standardize agreements and provide support post-delivery of properties as per
• Continuously work towards shortening the property finalization and signing
• Ensuring Revenue collection is achieved as per
• To formulate operational plans for leasing of commercial/retail
• Develop a client base that generates a qualified and sustainable number of referrals and
• Market analysis of Goa market to stay abreast of current market trends, to determine appropriate terms and
• Giving presentations and demonstrations to the prospective customers; handling various functions for securing the ;
• Building healthy relationships with Ensuring maximum customer
• Evaluating land parcels and reporting on suitability of property for Commercial
• Create funnel of properties to meet the plan and present the same to
• Provide support to Projects
• Coordinate all Lease related documentation, LOI s, Lease Deed, Maintenance Agreements
• Build, manage, develop and engage the property consultants/channel partners to garner maximum
• Maintain Database of all transactions, upcoming lease renewals

Requirements

• Any Degree with MBA in marketing will be
• Prior experience of working in corporate
• 3 - 6 years of experience in Commercial/Retail
