• Develop and monitor the implementation of all HR polices to ensure the stability of communication channels between the HR departments and the employees.
• Manage creating and reviewing all the OD functions including the Organizational Structure, JPs and PMS.
• Manage and report on allocation of HR budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Manage employee benefits programs to maintain positive work environment.
• Perform TNA and design the suggested training plan and coordinate it with managers and monitor training programs approved.
