Patchwork Insights also provides managers with comprehensive data oversight to monitor staffing trends shift fill rates and pay rate escalations and reliably plan ahead to prevent staffing gaps.

The Role

At Patchwork our Marketing Team is a huge contributor when it comes to meeting our company growth plans. Were looking for someoneto beresponsible for planning executing and evaluating Patchworks marketing strategy across all pillars (Growth Brand and Product) and for the growth development and success of the Marketing Team. You will work collaboratively with other revenueteams our Product Team and other clientfacing teams ensuring that we are working in a joined up manner.

The successful candidate will alsolead the team by advising from relevant experience on what good looks like but also isnt afraid to get handson where necessary.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership Coaching & Mentoring

  • Developing nurturing and monitoring output of the Marketing Team to help the individuals develop in their specific fields in line with their personal objectives.

  • Upholding Patchworks standards of excellence. This includes line leadership responsibilities such as but not limited to those detailed in our Line Leader Hub.

Marketing Strategy

  • Implementing a highperforming marketing strategy across all three pillars of Marketing to build brand awareness and drive lead generation.

  • Developing and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic goals and deliver a measurable result.

  • Owning our marketing analytics reports where you will be expected to detail progress challenges and insights to the rest of the company and external shareholders.

  • Undertaking and setting the strategy for market research forecasts competitor analysis campaign results and consumer trends based on prior experience and best practice recommendations. Feeding information and insights into the marketing plan ensuring our overall strategy aligns with the external landscape and our key business objectives.

  • Ensuring that all marketing initiatives are effective proactive and engaging for audiences both internal and external.

  • Communicating marketing goals and results effectively within the team the wider business and to investors/board members.

  • Supporting the team with changes to company strategy e.g. expanding into new verticals.

  • Building strategic marketing partnerships with external parties where necessary to ensure any collaborative opportunities are fed into all pillar activities.

  • Working with our channel partners to align marketing activities and collaboration.

Growth Marketing

  • Providing expertise across all areas of growth marketing with a goal of increasing revenue opportunities through effective demand generation across all channels.

  • Providing guidance on the best practices of accountbased marketing.

  • Ensuring that the team is able to operate in compliance with any data protection legislation relevant to marketing activities.

  • Staying close to the details of campaign performance analytics ensuring that we are getting ROI from our marketing budget.

Product Marketing (PMM)

Empowering Product Marketing Management team members to effectively market Patchworks products through outstanding communication of product value by:

  • Overseeing the collaboration between Product Marketing and the Product Team to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.

  • Ensuring that Product Marketing initiatives are adopted across the wider business.

  • Providing strategic input into Product Marketing activities and supporting the Product Marketing Team to set frameworks for qualitative and quantitative research.

  • Supporting revenue enablement activities by working closely with the Sales Director to ensure that our Revenue Team is fully supported to drive deals through the pipeline.

Brand Marketing

  • Working directly with the team and sharing expertise to ensure our Brand Marketing strategy meets our Share of Voice objectives.

  • Continually researching marketing developments within our industry and more generally ensuring any best practice is incorporated into the teams marketing activities.

  • Ensuring that Patchworks brand guidelines are being adhered to across the company and through our partner marketing.

  • Supporting the Brand Marketing pillar to find the right balance of pushing to stand out in the market and being conscious of the riskaversive nature of the industry and varied stakeholder sensitivities.

Internal Collaboration

  • Working with senior leaders across the organisation to ensure that all marketing efforts are joined up with Patchworks company strategic objectives.

  • Ensuring that asks of the Marketing Team are appropriate and will deliver the best return on investment.

  • Taking responsibility for producing all marketing board reporting.

Budget Management

  • Managing budgets and allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.

  • Effectively managing the marketing budgets ensuring optimal allocation of resources adhering to plans and return on investment.

  • Overseeing coordination with external agencies and being accountable for the delivery of quality outputs and performance from all outsourced agencies.


Requirements

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience in all pillars of marketing with proven project management success and extensive knowledge in all areas of marketing.

  • Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to shape and develop existing team members to make them the best versions of themselves.

  • Proven experience in implementing and delivering an effective marketing strategy in a B2B Tech industry.

  • Resultsdriven innovator capable of promoting a culture of high performance.

  • Proven track record of achieving demand generation results via account based marketing.

  • Proven track record as a strong content creator leading to the successful delivery of brand recognition and reputation management.

  • A passion for working in ambiguous environments with the knowhow to create and iterate to improve ways of working and delivery along the way.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse and review marketing metrics and trends to identify opportunities and threats.

  • Tech savvy and adaptable to new technologies and systems with a good understanding of good data hygiene; and familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tooling and trends (SEO email marketing social media PPC and other advertising and automation).

  • Eagerness to work with multiple people and be a selfstarter.

  • Prideful in attention to detail.

  • Tech savvy and adaptable to new technologies and systems.

  • Ability and passion to work in a fastpaced scaleup team environment embracing its challenges and opportunities.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Hubspot.

  • Experience in a tech startup/scaleup.

  • Experience or knowledge of the NHS healthcare or healthtech industry.

  • Experience or knowledge of workforce applications.

  • Experience with SaaS products.
