Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with moving and processing crops and raw materials.
• Assist in maintaining farm infrastructure equipment and tools.
• With proper training operate various machinery and vehicles.
• Dedicate yourself to long but rewarding hours working an average of 6065hours per week.
• Work harmoniously with a team to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required We train you! Warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Chester Montana.
• Strong work ethic and dedication.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime to ensure the farm's success.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Mechanical abilities are a plus but not required.
