Chief Operating Officer/COO (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Development implementation and optimisation of business processes business plans and the possible transfer to target agreements and targets
- Setting performance and growth targets and developing measures to promote the company and its employees
- Working with the CEO to drive forward the companys vision mission and culture
- Managing and developing employees (training and development)
- Ensuring effective financial management
- Interaction with counterparties partners and customers
- Team leadership tactical and operational management
- Development of new products and markets
- Interaction with supervisory authorities auditors lawyers and accountants
Requirements
- Higher education in Business Administration Finance or Economics
- Proven professional experience as Chief Operating Officer or a comparable position (at least 5 years)
- Experience in the management of an external asset management company is an advantage
- Proven expertise in strategic planning and business development
- High moral standards and professional integrity
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Versatile effective efficient and pragmatic disposition
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills professional demeanour and persuasiveness
- Leadership decisionmaking motivational problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Swiss/EU passport or a valid work permit for Switzerland
