Position: Technical Agile Product Owner

Location: Fort Worth TX 76118 Hybrid/Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Schedule: 9/80 work schedule1st Shift

Qualifications

• 5 Years Experience in an Agile Environment experience required.
• 5 years Product/Strategy/Analyst experience working with teams to define and develop technical systems.
• Works well navigating ambiguity and vague customer specifications.
• Communicates efficiently and effectively with leadership customers and agile development teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with MS 365 suite SharePoint Online Power Apps Power BI
• Experience with Product and Delivery management tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps VersionOne Aha!)
• SAFe Certification preferred; experience required.
• Bachelors Degree. Computer Science Engineering or technical field preferred.
• Commensurate experience in role will be consider in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical experts to provide analysis and technical user stories to support a robust backlog.
• Conduct detailed investigation of user needs recognizing system dependencies that determine design direction and cross functional utilization of the systems.
• Build user/technical use cases to support user design.
• Be proficient in looking for innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
• Responsible for prioritizing the team backlog and describing what and why behind the user functionality of the system.
• Identifies risks to deliver and provides feedback to leadership.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills collaboration with development teams and providing clear direction in requirements and defining complex problems using agile terms.

Ability to work with product leaders to understand the product vision and effectively communicate to delivery teams.
