UXUI Designer

Jetbro is on the lookout for a creative and detailoriented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces ensuring a seamless user experience across all our digital products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to translate user needs and business objectives into compelling design solutions.

• Design User Interfaces: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  

• Conduct User Research: Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers.
  

• Develop Wireframes and Prototypes: Design and deliver wireframes user stories user journeys and mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  

• Ensure UserCentered Design: Prioritize user experience in every aspect of design and advocate for user needs.
  

• Maintain Design Consistency: Ensure consistency in visual elements and define behaviour across all platforms and products.
  

• Collaborate with Developers: Work closely with developers to implement your designs ensuring fidelity to the original vision.
  

• Test and Iterate: Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
  

• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging design tools and technologies.
  

• Contribute to Design System: Help maintain and evolve the companys design system.
  

• Ensure Accessibility: Design products that are accessible and inclusive for all users.
  

Requirements

• Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
  

• Proficiency in design software (e.g. Figma)
  

• Strong understanding of usercentered design and usability principles
  

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to usersystem interaction
  

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
  

• Uptodate with the latest UI trends techniques and technologies
  

• Basic HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript skills are a plus
  

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  

• Degree in Design User Experience Interaction Design or related field

Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
