Job Description:

• Preparation of MIS reports and providing feedback to top management
  
• Analysing complex financial reports and records
  
• Rendering advisory services on various tax issues from the perspective of risk avoidance and risk mitigation in the field of direct taxation covering issues pertaining to domestic tax law
  
• Making recommendations based on analysis and status of reserves assets and expenditures
  
• Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations
  
• Prepare cost reports based on inputs collected from different departments (on contract basis).
  
• Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team
  
• Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other department
  
• Preparing of schedules for quarterly reviews and yearend audit for independent external auditors.
  
• Research issues clarify information and prepare supporting data
  
• Assist with reports; analysing and correcting discrepancies
  
• Other projects as assigned
  
• Suggesting automation of various tasks repetitive tax & accounting entries with focus on continuous improvement.
  
• Developing detailed business plans and financial projections.
  
• Review journal entries of junior accountants to ensure accuracy and mentoring them
  
• Assisting financial and tax audits
