You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager in Investor Relations to join Corio Generations rapidly growing offshore wind business. This role will lead the management and control of our third party funding obligations that support our global investment portfolio.
Corio is responsible for the management of a 30 GW pipeline of offshore wind projects the origination of new opportunities and partnerships as well as the provision of asset management services to third party investors.
Based in either of our UK centres of London or Edinburgh and reporting to the Head of Investment Management you will work with a team of individuals as the point of liaison between Corio and third party capital providers. You will have responsibility for the strategic relationship with these sources of capital have oversight of the reporting and manage a team who will produce the practical reporting obligations.
As part of the Investment Management team and interfacing between Corio and funding providers you will be required to quickly establish relationships with individuals and familiarise yourself with the bespoke commercial structure of the transactions. This will require knowledge of investment documentation commitment to a strong governance framework and experience of posttransaction delivery. You will be required to attend Investor meetings manage transaction obligations and deal with Investor Q&A as required. Whilst the role doesnt require detailed knowledge of individual projects good sectoral awareness is a prerequisite.
You will have demonstrable experience (approx. 510 years) in a similar role with a capacity to manage complex tasks. You will have the ability to work autonomously and independently with rigor and precision. You will possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workload and respect tight timescales. You will have good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and influence others.
Experience of working effectively across different cultures and geographical locations would be advantageous. A positive mindset with strong selfmotivation and resilience a flexible and proactive approach to tackling problems and ability to simultaneously manage several tasks will be necessary. Excellent written and spoken English is a key requirement.
Your primary responsibility will be the interface with experienced capital providers and the output will inform external investor perception of project success. The role will deliver a smooth interface between various internal departments to ensure the following activities are undertaken timely and accurately:
Management of Corio obligations to third party investors
Management of commercial decisions and consequence
Alignment of Corio internal process with external communication
Consistency of data and flows between investors
Strategic communication with investors
