Job Description

Description:


  • You will ensure that our team fulfils all marketing tasks to a high standard.
  • Manage creative for performance campaigns (Google Ads and SEO)
  • Manage the agency responsible for all performance campaigns (Google Ads and SEO)
  • SEO recommendations technical and content
  • Facilitate discussions with clients for the development of their objectives strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of their organisations resources
  • Sending monthly reports to clients
  • Liaise with clients to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant considerations to assist with site efficiency
  • Discuss with clients to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements
  • Develop and present plans to implement any recommended changes as required by our clients
  • Ensure that clients receive the necessary assistance to carry out the scope of work onsite
  • Be the key conduit between the client and SEO Team to ensure all scope of works are carried out on site as required by the client



Your Daytoday:

  • Be the main client contact offering strategic advice and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing strategies ensuring timely and highquality deliverables.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to new business development.
  • Generate client reports and analyse data for insights and improvements.
  • Effectively manage client budgets and provide accurate cost estimates.
  • Foster a collaborative environment for seamless project execution.
  • Allocate resources efficiently with Project Managers for optimised team performance.





Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven experience in account management within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in using Google Suite (Docs Analytics Search Console etc) Slack Upbase Zoom WordPress Figma and common SEO tools preferred.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Tech Savvy
  • Fast Learner
  • Stable Internet Computer and amp; Electricity is a must



Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling tasks for other team members
  • Ensure tasks are completed to highquality standards to match clients requirements
  • Touching base with clients to notify them of completed tasks







Benefits:


  • 4 weeks (20 days) of annual leave for every 12 months worked.
  • A bonus will be applied if the client retainer is maintained at a 90% level or higher.
