Jacks culinary expertise from crafting offthecharts grazing tables to gourmet delicacies has earned him recognition and accolades in the Shoalhaven food scene.

Position Available: Head Chef

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning preparing and designing of all food and drink menus
• Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
• Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
• Fill in for the Executive Chef in directing food preparation when necessary
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and staff while providing guidance on culinary processes and cooking procedures to customers
• Excel in food preparation and demonstrate highstandard cooking techniques; adhere to maintain quality standards especially during stressful conditions
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
• May hire manage and train kitchen staff establish working schedule; and assess staffs performance
• Demonstrate expertise in preserving and freezing food to achieve costeffectiveness while maintaining adherence to sanitary and highquality protocols

Qualifications:

Relevant education qualifications and at least 5 years of work experience

Working Hours:

Fulltime position Wednesday to Sunday between 10am10pm
