Job Description

About the Role:

As a People Operations Associate you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organizations human resources and culture initiatives. Collaborating closely with the People and Culture team you will ensure the seamless execution of HR processes employee engagement programs and operational excellence within the company. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture you will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement HR processes including onboarding offboarding and employee lifecycle management.
Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and databases.

Support HR projects and initiatives contributing to process improvements and best practices.
Contribute to the development and execution of programs promoting employee wellness and diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Contribute ideas and support the creation of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with HR policies procedures and relevant employment laws.
Support HR audits ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Serve as a liaison between employees and the HR department addressing inquiries and providing support.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on HRrelated processes and initiatives.


Requirements

Requirements

Bachelors degree in human resources law or a related field.

ACIPM is required.

3 years of experience in People Operations.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience working in a Financial Services Firm is an added advantage
