Job description
- Led and coached a team of developers.
- Estimate development tasks point out risks required provisions and limitations in the process.
- Perform regular code reviews and share best practices.
- Formulate an implementation plan and prepare estimates for the assigned activities/work items.
- Report work progress to the client periodically.
- Participate/lead in design discussions in the client meetings.
- Contribute to the organizational best practices/policies.
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- 7 years of experience in developing and maintaining J2EE web applications and enterpriseclass websites with AEM
- Expertise in Web Content Management (WCM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions using the AEM platform is desirable.
- Handson with AEM and associated technologies like Sling OSGI Felix Jackrabbit JCR and CRX.
- Prior experience in Java technologies and frameworks mainly Spring and Hibernate would be a plus.
- Comfortable with at least one Ajax/JavaScript framework (Jquery ExtJS)XML XSL.
- Conduct performance tuning of the enterprise application servers i.e. WebLogic server WebSphere Server and JBoss Cloud.
