We are looking for a selfstarted Legal Manager to help us develop gamechanging nanomedicine products to help millions of patients around the globe. Since our inception our team has been committed to researching and developing disruptive nanomedicine approaches that could revolutionize the way many cancers are treated.
Nanobiotix designs and manufactures nanoparticles that safely enhance the efficacy of radiation therapy in the treatment of cancer. We believe that radiotherapy combined with NBTXR3 can become a new standard of care in cancer treatment.
The Legal Manager will be a thoughtpartner to the General Counsel and organize
coordinate and maintain company agreements and documents. The main mission will also be to draft contracts and provide support relating to corporate matters and public company reporting.
Tasks
- Draft contracts such as consulting agreements and nondisclosure agreements.
- Assist with public company reports and filings
- Contribute to draft file and manage all corporate documents including board minutes.
- Contribute to ensure that all Company activities are conducted in compliance with
internal policies and procedures (including healthcare professionals interactions
antibribery and data protection...) - Provide guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies
- Serve as a liaison between the legal department and other company departments as necessary.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes for function.
- Perform legal research and anticipate future legislation and advise management on needed actions.

- French Postgraduate Law Degree with strong knowledge of contract law good
knowledge of corporate law and data privacy - Masters in Legal
- Previous relevant experience in the healthcare sector (minimum 3 to 4 years) or in a
law firm ideally serving clients from the Healthcare Industry. - Legal experience in an international company or recognized law firm
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and
professionalism. - Full working proficiency in English and French (written and oral)
- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Fulled by a strong appetence for legal knowledge and practice on the
healthcare/biotech/sector - Intellectual curiosity innovation and creative problemsolving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong communication skills (orally and in writing) and a proactive attitude

- Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
