THE ROLE

As Chief of Staff you will work closely with our Managing Directors to own key projects centered around the core value proposition of
Oetker Digital helping the Oetker Group generate datadriven business impact. You will report to the CEO.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Develop and implement datadriven strategies that align with the overall business goals of the Oetker Group and its group companies
• Create the link between data data products and the data strategy of group companies
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage data to improve business performance
• Design and implement data products and solutions that meet the needs of group companies and support their digital transformation
• Develop and maintain a data strategy for the Oetker Group that ensures data is used effectively and responsibly
• Identify and strategize on key areas to achieve datadriven business impact in Group companies
• Communicate and present datadriven insights to senior stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Oetker Group

Requirements

WHAT YOULL BRING

• 5 years of experience in a data driven role / consulting or business development
• Experience in developing communicating and executing digital strategies
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Persistence in pushing through challenges resilience to setbacks and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in building strong relationships and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders including executives and clients
• Ownership strategic thinking and planning skills
• Excellent communicatoin skills in German and English
