DEINE MISSION
As Senior Business Development Representative you will support the commercial team at Procuros with building the pipeline and constantly tweaking our messaging & sales processes. This is a great opportunity to level up your sales skills from previous experience at B2B SaaS startups / scaleups while helping us build out our commercial function.
DEINE AUFGABEN
- Build qualified pipelines for the Account Executives and our CEO with personalized and highquality outreach calls emails and LinkedIn setting up meetings and discovery calls.
- Close deals in our SMB segment and support deal work for strategic accounts
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market research companies to create target account lists and test out new sales tactics.
- Constantly capture and synthesise product feedback from our customers; and make product recommendations based on this.
DEIN PROFIL
- 12 years of previous experience as an SDR/BDR in a fast paced B2B SaaS environment selling to SMB and midmarket sized companies.
- You have an intrinsic drive to win paired with strong resilience
- You have a strong getitdone attitude without shying away from the nittygritty things (e.g. pipeline hygiene).
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are excited about technology and are comfortable selling complex value propositions.
- You are a naturally curious person with a growth mindset constantly wanting to learn and creatively push boundaries.
- You care about people are empathetic towards our customers and want to be part of a small and nimble team.
- You are working autonomous independently and collaborative.
- You are idiomatic in German and English.Bonus points if
- You have worked in a similar field (B2B transactions procurement operations retail).

Interview Process
- Screening call: You will hop on a short 30 Min. call to clarify what we are looking for and hear about your motivation and excitement to kickoff the process!
- Initial interview: We have a first longer conversation to get to know each other and to see if there is a mutual fit. We will make sure to align on expectations about the company the role as well as our motivations.
- Workshop and Challenge: You will be asked to do a sales challenge and then discuss it in a workshoplike format. We will also deep dive into the focus areas and things we aim to tackle together in the coming months and years.
