Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development Executive who will identify and generate resales opportunities through outbound calling activities email LinkedIn and other social mediums. The right candidate works well under pressure thinks outofthebox is highly selfmotivated and easily initiates relaxed but informative twoway phone conversations with prospects. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company s needs and follow up with relevant tailored information.


Job Description

  • Identify qualified opportunities by providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to handoff to sales and management team
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other mediums
  • Lead nurture via email and cold calls into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players research and obtain business requirements and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Identify key individuals research and do lead generation of business key holders
  • Set appointments for the management and business development team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls email LinkedIn and other social mediums
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a recruitment consultant
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful followthrough of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application


Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales/ telemarketing experience in the UK market is a must
  • Sales experience in the BPO/ Outsourcing/ Telco industry is an advantage
  • A sense of humour is a must and the ability to build rapport and relationships with both potential clients and fellow employees is essential
  • Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Sales/ Business Management/ Customer Service or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence are a must
  • Adept knowledge in using Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting appointmentsetting cold calling and telemarketing
  • Requires an ambitious selfstarter and someone who can identify qualified leads and opportunities
  • Relationship and consultative selling skills with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts are essential
  • Extremely selfmotivated with a diligent work ethic and high attention to detail
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
  • Ability to work independently as well as be part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Adept computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • An obsession with prospect happiness sets the stage for effective sales followup

1-3 years of experience in telephone sales and objection handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
