The Role in a Nutshell
As a Senior Transformation & Operations Manager at Roboyo you will play a pivotal role in driving internal transformation initiatives and supporting our growth and scalability. This position requires a dynamic individual with a blend of operational excellence strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage key transformation initiatives across the global business. This can include anything from supporting system replacements and migration projects to internal process improvements as well as transformation within and across business functions.
- Actively contribute to ROBOYO s M&A strategy by ensuring seamless collaboration between key stakeholders and workstreams across the global business.
- Coordinate and Project Manage internal efforts tied to postmerger integrations.
- Establish and own a global continuous improvement process within the company.
- Actively participate in setting a solid foundation for our new Internal Operations function.

- Has M&A Integration Experience: Proven experience in managing postmerger integration processes especially in finance HR and other relevant functions.
- Possess Operational Transformation Expertise: Demonstrates a detailed understanding and experience in operational transformation and optimization.
- Has International Experience: Proven track record of working across multiple jurisdictions and business cultures especially in Western Europe (DACH UK Iberia etc.).
- Is Technically Proficient: Familiarity with MS Dynamics Workday Kantata Salesforce and other relevant tools is a big plus.
Qualification Requirements
- Master s degree or similar from an accredited university with strong academic record MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- A proven 10 years of relevant experience in business transformation and operations.
- Additional certifications like CCMP CMI CMP PMI Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
Language Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Any other languages such as German or Spanish are beneficial but not a must.
