Job Description
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER (Permanent)
Our client a locally owned and operated contracting company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee largescale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects
- Create and monitor timelines and budgets ensuring projects remain within established parameters
- Make adjustments to timeline and budgets if necessary to ensure successful completion of projects
- Outline the scope of each project and ensure it is clearly communicated to internal/external team members
- Establish and develop relationships with subcontractors and supervisors to effectively communicate the progress of each project
- Present updates clearly to stakeholders identifying any challenges that have arisen and solutions to maneuver through them
- Complete special projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full time direct hire; 100% onsite with some travel
- Valid NYS Drivers License required
- $65000 $75000 annually depending on experience
- Medical Dental Simple IRA PTO Paid holidays
- Minimum of Associate s degree in Construction Management Architecture Engineering or related
- 3 years experience in Construction Project Management
- Commercial Construction or HVAC experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Selfmotivated
- Relocation not available
