Customer Service Representative (only resumes in English will be considered)

A Customer Service Representative provide product/services information answer questions and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customers needs
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Work from Monday to Friday 8 hours per day (USD salary)

Qualifications

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
