About the role

Trustpair is growing on an international scale. To support our expanding Engineering team were searching for a parttimeInterim VP of Engineering who will manage the increasing complexity of our work while maintaining high levels of quality!

Our Interim VP of Engineering will report to our CTO and align Trustpairs technical strategy with wider business objectives to drive innovation optimize processes and ensure product development meets market needs.

Additionally our VP Engineering will play a key role in attracting developing and training top technical talent. Overseeing several teams of Engineers & Managers the goal is to foster a strong engineering culture at Trustpair enhancing team productivity and efficiency.

What youll do:

Your scope will cover leading and managing the Engineering department to achieve the companys strategic objectives and execute the companys technical strategy as set by the CTO. Youll own the entire software development lifecycle as well as the processes and methodologies used.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Managing a highperforming engineering team
• Implementing the technical vision for the company
• Ensuring that the department delivers highquality reliable scalable software on schedule
• Working closely with product management to align engineering activities with business objectives
• Implementing processes and tools to increase the productivity and efficiency of the engineering team
• Identifying and managing risks associated with technology and product development
• Managing the engineering budget
• Improve crossfunctional communication and collaboration

What were looking for:

• At least 1015 years of software engineering experience with at least 57 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing a team of at least 2030 engineers some working remotely
• Proven track record of managing the complete software development lifecycle from concept to delivery
• Experience working in a fastpaced B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with cloud computing and software architecture
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for dealing with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Ability to make strategic decisions and handle complex technical challenges

This position is interim and parttime working 2 days per week.

This position is Parisbased.
